Shipping coverage:
We currently only ship to locations within Great Britain.
Order processing and fulfillment times:
We aim to process your orders within 2 business days from your time of purchase. Typical delivery times depend on your chosen delivery method:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 [£3.65] - 3-5 business days
Royal Mail Tracked 24 [£4.65] - 2-4 business days (this delivery method is offered to customers for free on orders totalling over £50, and will be applied automatically at checkout on fulfilment of this criteria)
We also offer samples of our fragrances, which are subject to reduced delivery fees:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 [£2.85] - 3-5 business days
Royal Mail Tracked 24 [£3.80] - 2-4 business days
Please note: when ordering bottles and samples together, a combined delivery fee will be applied - this is a function of the design of Shopify's website when purchasing two or more products with different shipping rates. In such cases, Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery will be applied.
Delivery times displayed are estimates, and may be subject to delays. If any such delays occur we will communicate this, along with any reasoning, via our website.
Communications and Order Tracking:
After each successfully placed order, we will send an email to your registered account contact details with the details of your purchase.
Once your order is processed we will send you an order tracking number via email where you can track the progress of your order (unless for an order solely containing samples, as they are not eligible for tracking).
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:
We strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with every order. However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unopened and unused. We will refund your full order amount within 10 days, excluding shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive as expected, please contact our support team at enquiries@howarthandlear.uk with your order number, or use the chat function on our website. We will assess each case individually and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
